The <blockhl.vim> file adds a little extra syntax highlighting for C/C++
and gvim. It has 7 different grey levels for background highlighting
depending on the {} depth.
The colors I chose work best with a black or dark background, such as that
had with the astronaut colorscheme (vimscript#122).
